iMac 27", 3.4GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, 8GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 2x4

I am not sure if my computer is an EMC 2429 or Model A1312 and I am not sure where to find that information. I am seeking to replace the graphics card. The info I have is listed in the Question Title.

OK lets see if we can make sure what you have here. If your system is working at all you can go to the 'About This Mac' and locate the systems info as well as its serial number which you can use here: EveryMac - Lookup to find more details of your system.

If your dedicated GPU is gone you should still be able to boot your system in Safe Mode (and look at the 'About ...'). Or look at the bottom of the stand foot to locate the systems serial number to look up.

Look on the bottom of the stand if it won’t boot up to look at “about this Mac”..
