I followed it after I got an error code indicating that the print head was bad; the print head was EASY to remove—no tools—but replacement ones are expensive & somebody suggested it could be a problem w a fuse on the logic board, so I opened up the side to visually inspect where the printhead cables attach.
Nothing is terribly hard
