Does anyone know what components the Home button has?

So i bought an iPhone and realized the TOUCH ID ain’t working (maybe worth knowing: the battery was dead i replaced it and had to restore whole system).

I immediatelly tried to see if anything is destroyed under the microscope but didnt see anything!

So I got 2 questions whats names are all these components?

And how do i test them?

What you are seeing is just the discreet components.

The home button is part of the TouchID system and is serialized to the main logic board. In its self it’s not repairable.

So there is no fix like reflowing, reballing a new IC or something like that?

No magic fixes here only replacement which an authorized service provider or Apple Store can do as they have access to the special programing tool. Don't bother asking its very well secured within Apple.
