iPhone 6 plus suddenly dead. No short vcc main and vcc batt.

Hi all. Iphone 6 plus dead only short on pressing power button with bench psu. Replaced tristar pmu tigris. No current draws when connect psu except pressing the power button. Got full short when press power button but only for a second. No water damage. At first it only got no sound on speaker but got sound on earphone jack. Change audio drive beside meson. Then it goes nothing. Dead.

With all of the swapped parts, you have a lot of variables floating around. It is possible that one of those repairs didn't work perfectly. You will need to take a step back and start probing the board in more depth to get a better understanding of what's wrong.

Start by probing the PMIC and all of it's outputs. Start with checking for shorts (or diode mode) and then power up the device and check for proper voltages. If all of this looks good, do the same for Tristar and Tigris and eventually BBPMU.
