My device mic will not work and headphones will not work with dongle
My iPhone 7 device is unable to record sound.
Headphones will not work when plugged in through the lightning port. Help!

Does the phone still charge? There may be damage with the lightning assembly. Some everything goes through that port I don’t think it would be unreasonable to think it might have failed
