Unknown piece in my iPhone

Hello,

Trying to repair my old iPhone 5S for my son (nappe volume power vibreur), I found a little piece which I don’t know what it is and where it was.

I tried to look at in different video and tutorials on the net but I couldn’t find any information about this piece.

The piece is the one in the red circle :
