Are you referring to the iFixit shop? They source their screens directly from China, just like everyone else. If they don't specify the quality level, then always assume it is aftermarket quality. If you look at the actual listing on this iPhone screen, you will see that it does say "Aftermarket" in the specifications.
In some cases, iFixit does offer "Choice" screens, such as this one and it is specified as OEM.
