Low Battery temp after screen repair
Replaced LCD screen now it won't charge, screen says Charging paused. Battery temperature too low. Is there a way to fix this with out replacing something else?

Does the phone charge properly when the device is turned off?
I would recommend opening it and reinspect the cables that are connected to the USB assembly. Chances are that it's not connected properly.

No, I'm asking if you have the wireless charging PAD assembled in the phone. If you try to test the phone without putting everything back in, it will give you that error. Here is an example video for an s8, but same rules apply for S7: https://youtu.be/UGu4oouS6UY
