a different version with extra parts

I have found a different version with an extra shield under the top of the screen covering from just left of the front facing camera all the way to the right hand edge, now even though this shield just pops right off the LCD connector is now different looks connected the other way around and when i tried to pop it off it tore the board pads and part of the tracks off and looks to have ruined the board. where can i find the new tear down for this? also a point of note is that the large shield held in place by screws is now completely covered in that super strong adhesive that apple favours and in removing it because i hadnt realised i tore the ribbon for the volume buttons, albeit not a major issue to replace and resolder but i am aware that not everyone would be able to do this.
