there comes some times a white line on top of the screen and when it happens the touch function does not work.
the customer sa`s that the iPhone 6+ had never been open when it happened so he got a new screen but it was the same. So he got the old screen back on.
What can be the problem?

Common touch IC issue, in some cases one pad needs to be jumpered for meson or cumulus chip. There is one chip that usually needs to be replaced and the other can also be replaced but usually does not cause the problem.
Requires micro soldering to replace one or two of those chips.

tanks I have never done micro soldering before, so I while send it to someone else.
Is it hard to do micro soldering_
Yes, you need at least a good hot air rework station, Good soldering iron, good solder wick, flux, patience and experience to not rip the solder pads on the board.
If you were to start doing micro soldering I would start on charging IC's first as they are low risk and the phones usually come up dead, you can look up videos on youtube on micro soldering tutorials.
