Why my camera will not turn around for selfies

I would believe that it may be a faulty camera. Usually when a camera is damaged or faulty, the phone will refuse to switch cameras. Think of it as if the front facing camera was not there to begin with, that's technically what's going on. Because of the camera not working, the logic board does not detect a camera until it is replaced with a working one.
