Model WTW 5700 SW0-Heard the noise from the off-balance load, but did not get to it in time to fix. Machine will not start. Water and blanket still in machine.
This happened before and repairman said it was easy to fix. He either moved the washer tub to reset it or hit a button. Cannot figure this out so far. Please help!

Try unplugging it for five minutes to allow it to reset.
