So I have a funny phone in my shop right now, when I lift the phone up the mainspeaker stops working but when I flip it so the charging port is at the top the main speaker and earpiece play together, lifting up the right way again and the mainspeaker stops.
anyone had this issue?

It was settings - general - accessibility - Adjust the audio volume balance between left and right channels.
It was turned all the way to the right.
