"Door latch isn't fully closed, please lock into place"

So I dropped my camera recently and it was fine up until a few days ago and an error message reading "your door latch is not fully closed, please lock into place" I checked to see if it clicked when I shut it, it did and nothing seemed to be in the way of the latch. If anyone knows any resources or how to fix these pls let me know!!!
