recently my fair phone fell down. perhaps since then when I get a call or the sound is switched on, the display gets dark and I have to put out the akku/battery and reset the phone.but it is possible to talk .

I have occasionally experienced this. In my phone, the cause of the problem was a dirty proximity sensor (located under the top left of the screen). When the sensor gets dirty, the phone has trouble telling when you move the earpiece away from your ear at the end of a call. There is a diagnostic for the proximity sensor in the settings section. If you give it a good clean in the top left corner, then run the diagnostic to recalibrate it, you should find it fixes the problem.
