Screw identification help iPhone 4

Does anybody have a layout of what screws go into which hole?

There are several obvious locations for the washers and broad head screws but a majority of them are a mystery if you don't keep track of them.

I had an orderly system set up but I tipped my tray and it's all jumbled. On top of that I lost a handful of tiny screws so I ordered a replacement kit.

I want to make sure i'm doing it right this time and based on just numeric descriptions "2.5mm" i'm unable to determine which screw is what.

The title of this is "iPhone 4" but the list of screws is for "Verizon 4S" and some screw sizes will differ. The screws in the iPhone 4 can be the same length but some differ in diameter. A calliper is instrumental in defining the sizes.

Also, I'd like to suggest using rubbing alcohol and a screen cleaning cloth for cleaning connections. It doesn't leave a film and evaporates quickly, so no need to "dry" after use. Just don't use excessive amounts.
