My Iphone turn only on charger and show apple logo and then turn off and again apple logo and again turn off and never stops... PLS HELP ME :(

Have you tried plugging it into your PC and perform a factory reset using iTunes?
Also have you tried using different adapters and cables?

The only thing you can do is send it to apple or replace the logic board it’s like a lock apple put on when there is a software issue so I would replace logic board.

Im from Croatia I dont have apple store nearby so I cant fix it...
Just replace the logic board your self.

I hope you have a backup because the only solution I would try now is to restore IOS.
Press power and home buttons at the same time.
When you see the Apple logo - let go of the power button. You will see a screen on the iPhone asking you to connect to iTunes. Connect your iPhone to iTunes
Select "restore" and iTunes will download and reinstall IOS.
