Why is my tucks brake lights turn singles power door locks not workin

when my tuck is off and no key in the ignition my turn singles and bight lights signs stay on and the lights on my two side view mirrors stays on. plus my door lucks dont work without the key .

then when i put the key in the truck my brake lights turn signals windows door lucks and blower motor for my a/c do not work .

what is wrong
