Insignia PCB getting overheated producing broken low quality audio.
Disconnected the battery but still the pcb over heats and the audio is completely broken and is of low , poor quality. no issue with the bluetooth connectivity though.
Not sure what has to be done next ? is this repairable of should this be discarded.

Has anything happened to it recently? drops, water damage, repairs?

No drops and damages but was kept connected to usb for charging... Always though my dell monitor. I was using it as a desktop speaker. Rarely it was taken out of charging... Could this be an issue ?? Something got burnt on the pcb? Though I do not see any damages, burns on the pcb.
