My Home button and speakers won't work after I replaced the battery

Basically the same thing as the title. My power button works same as the touch screen. Any help would be great.

Have you made sure there plug in? Also make sure none of the wires are pinched. Might need to do a factory reset. And update.

They are not pinched. Im not sure whats wrong.
