Hey guys, I have tried the reboot, factory reset, etc. it looks like the touch screen is the problem. Can you help or tell me how to open the back cover? Just 2 years old, out of warranty and Le Pan wants 50-200 $ plus shipping to fix. It's possibly an easy fix if I can safely open to determine whether anything is disconnected. Thanks!

Hey, thank you, unfortunately mine is not the same model so the back cover is even different with no screws or tabs but has to be pried open which could break the glass screen. I will have to take a chance carefully and if so I will let others know. Thanks again!
