This is designator FLDIP_RF (PN#LFD21829MMV1D889). It has nothing to do with the power/charge of the phone; it is a signal filter and only affects signal reception. It must be replaced but your charging problems are elsewhere.

Have you done a proper decontamination of the logic board? If so, then start testing your main voltage rails (PP_BATT_VAA, PP_VCC_MAIN, PP5V0_USB) to see if they are shorted. Then apply power to see if they have the proper voltages. If they don't then you need to test the secondary rails generated by PMIC and the U_PMU_RF.

Thank for the fast anser! I really need to fix a program with all those stuff in. No I haven't yet, only cleaned it from the water damage and tested it with new screen, battery and charging port. Thanks for all the info! really want to learn more about these stuff, what program/usb dongel does you use to find those info?

I just looked at a pdf version of the schematic that's widely available on the net. ZXW is a "paid-for" program that is well worth it if you plan on doing logic board repairs though.

Oh, searched alot but diden't find any good one. Can you link to that one you looked on? Thanks!

We don't share schematics on this Forum. However, follow this search on Google and you will easily find them. There are also sites like Union Repair that sell them.
