Hi lorenzo.walker,
Have you tried a 'Clean Printhead"operation from either the printer's control panel or the HP printer software in the computer?
On the printer press the Right Arrow > Setup > Tools > Clean Printhead.
Do it 2-4 times to see if it starts to print.
