The cameras and flash are on separate flexes. The only common denominator between those three is the CPU. Let's put that aside for now as it seems unlikely to be the problem.

I would check the voltage on the PP2V85_CAM_AVDD rail. It drives both cameras and the RCAM also sends an enable signal to the Strobe circuit (RCAM_TO_LEDDRV_STROBE_EN). In theory, if 2V85 is bad, then both cameras stop working and the enable signal to the Flash is missing, hence no flashlight.

If you don't have the tools or experience to troubleshoot at the board level, I suggest you seek out an experienced micro-solderer. If you can't find one locally, then consider mail-in repair. There are several reputable micro-solderers patrolling this forum.

Could you let me know if 2V85 is "BAV23S Dual high-voltage switching diodes"?

If not then what kind is it and where could I buy that one?

Thank you very much in advance.
