That Microphone is Soldered straight to the board near the charging port. I would check to make sure there is no debris in mic holes on frame (or case covering them) but if you are getting no sound it is most likely the microphone has failed. If its super quiet it probably has debris.

سلام گوشی موبایل دارای سه قطعه صوتی میباشد یکی برای دریافت صدا که نام ان رسیور یا کپسول صدا میباشد دیگری برای پخش موزیک که اسپیکر نام دارد ودیگری برای دریافت صدا یا همان میکروفون یا دهنی میباشد شماشما مشکل میکروفون موبایل را دارید اولین کاری که انجام میدهید باید تنظیمات صدای گوشی راموقعه تماس بالا ببیرید اگر درست نشد باید مسیر رسیدن صدا به میکرفون گوشی که یک سوراخ کوچک در پایین گوشی میباشد را ببینید که مسدود نشده باشد که باید این انسداد را با یک پنس برطرف کنید اگر مسیر صدای گوشی مسدودنبود به احتمال خیلی زیاد گوشی شما در اب یا رطوبت به میکرفون شما برخورد کرده وچون یک وسیله الکترونی است به احتمال زیاد دچار خرابی شده است وباید به تعمیر گاهای مجاز تعمیرات برای تعویض این قطعه بروید اگر سوالی داشتیتید متوانید به جیمیل من پیام بدهید amirslamefar@gmail.com
