The hdmi jake came of. some metal bended wires sticking out on hdmi

I moved the tv and the hdmi jack popednof with no wire but with the the metallic wires are sticking out on the hdmi cord how do I put it back together plz I really need help

Hi!

Could you update the post with a picture? It'd be easiest to just get a new cable, to my understanding you broke the cable and it will need soldering to be repaired.
