OSX won't boot from external drive

Hello everyone, I have a MacBook Pro 15" with Retina display, early 2013 model.

One day I boot up the system, insert my password at login screen but the loading bar gets full without moving further with the startup. I have a 250GB SSD. I've tried everything, SOS reapir from recovery says all is good. I've done AHT and it found MEM error: so I've run Memtest+ from an usb stick for over 20 hours, no errors.

Tried to reset SMC, NVRAM, no luck.

I've also tried to install OSX on an external disk, via local and Internet recovery: loading is stuck at black screen with Apple logo, bar is full, no startup.

Any idea what can I do to at least boot it to a functioning state to recover data from the internal SSD?

I think you need to stop trying to get the OS fixed here but instead find a friend who has a Mac which you can connect yours to using a Thunderbolt cable. Basically we want to setup your system in Target Disk Mode so you can salvage your data from your drive. Then, using your friends system reformat the drive and install a fresh copy of the OS. Once you get to that point make sure all of the OS updates are applied and only then add in your apps from the Apps Store.
