Help needed removing screws from rear of iPhone 6 front panel!

I am trying to replace the screen on an iPhone 6. The instructions on iFixit were great (as usual) until I reached the point requiring removal of 6, #00 1.6mm screws from the front panel rear. (Step 35 in these directions.) While most of the screws were challenging to remove, there's one I still can't get out. I've tried using a half-dozen different tiny Philips-headed screwdrivers but at this point, I'm concerned that the screw head is becoming stripped.

Suggestions? Advice?

This is a different issue I'm trying to get resolved. But you're here now. So you could put a rubber band over the screw, then apply the driver. If that doesn't work, I use crappy plastic handle drivers if undo this, you could super glue a driver to the screw, then remove screw. The problem is you're using Phillips drivers that are 1.5 mm, and you're stripping the driver and the fastener, when you need a 1.75 mm driver

How does one determine the size of a driver? I'm using ones that came with replacement screens, etc. I've tried the Superglue trick, but it's not working either.

The one that came with the display is crap. Drivers usually say on the side. Or you could get a micrometer and measure one
