Replaced the screen but still getting white screen
I have replaced my screen but when i switch it on i am still getting the white screen but i am able to hear the music.
please help!!

It could be that the display adapter on the motherboard has gone bad. I'd try checking that.

Josh, I'm having the same problem; an iPod Touch with a white screen. Replacing the lcd (and touch screen) didn't help. It works fine besides the white display and it can be seen in iTunes.My guess was it could be the display part (like the videochip on a Mac) but how to check this. Is there anything to be done besides replacing the main board?

I have same problem with my iPod Touch 3rd 32GB. I was playing Epic Citadel, connected to PC and then just white screen. I ordered new LCD and tried to replace it but same white story.
I also tried restore and nothing. It reacts to touch, also I can play music, sync with iTunes etc.
Please help me. I don't want to throw out my iPod Touch with 32GB memory.
