No reverse camera ribbon broke
I believe I broke the reverse camera ribbon is this is true does this flex ribbon effect other functions if my iPhone

You're talking about the camera on the back on the phone, not the one that's on the screen, correct? If so, then no, the back camera flex is only attached to the camera, and does not impact any other functions.

Hello! Not sure which camera your talking about here. If the ribbon broke on the camera facing towards you it will affect your ear speaker and proximity sensor. If it is on the one not facing you then it does not affect anything but the camera it's self.

Thanks your absolutely right the cable is broke , I have one ordered and thanks for the fast answer and one thing more if you dont mind I understand about the ear sensor but i also lost my power off i dont believe this ear sensor has anything to do with power off correct ?
