I9505 Not registred on network?

Hello!

Samsung Galaxy I9505 problem.

When i insert a sim and turn on phone, when screen is lock, there is a message "No sim inserted - Only Emergency Calls". I cant open settings for mobile network to choose manualy network or some other else, because when i choose that there is message "No sim inserted". IMEI is okey, not null. I put new stock software with Odin, again nothing. I turn on flight mode and turn off, again nothing. I tried other sim cards, again - NOTHING.

Any ideas?
