Touch screen won't work.

I replaced the screen and it all worked perfectly fine, but the touch screen will not respond to touch.

Make sure ribbon #2 is plugged in the whole way. It could be it didn't snap in fully.

i tried that but the glass came off instead of the whole screen. what should i do? i think the sticky thing lost its stickiness.

I had the same issue. I pulled the top screen part off even though I realize it probably wont stick as well as it used to. Then you can use a very thin small screwdriver to pry out the rest of the screen. Be very careful when doing so as the lcd screen is now exposed. Pry it from the outer edge between the case and the screen. I don't have my touchscreen working yet, but at least that will get you back into your phone.
