Load bar at start up, then shut down. HELP NEEDED URGENTLY!

hello

I hope this message will find you sooner then later. I just tried to turn on my Mac Pro . Startup bar goes to about 80% and shuts down my Mac. Tried the steps to get to the disc utility panel. and i don t know what i do after . Is there any way to access it without removing it from my Mac?

Sorry guy you ran out of disk space! You'll need to boot up under an external bootable drive so you can then access your internal drive to delete some stuff.

You can try using a second Mac connecting yours to it using Target Disk Mode: Use target disk mode to share files between two Mac computers Or create a bootable external USB drive following this from another Mac: How to set up and use an external Mac startup disk

Once you get access to your system use the other USB port to connect a empty drive to backup your stuff so you can delete as much as you can to free up space. A good rule of thumb is have 1/3 free for a 256GB or smaller drive and 1/4 for 500 GB and larger.

If you're moderately handy with terminal, I can often still get into the mac in single user mode (command+S on startup). Then find some files to delete, empty the trash, or delete iOS backups.
