OMADM replacement or repair

I have a phone with OMADM version 1.1 that has been acting improperly since I've had the phone. Can this version be upgraded? Or, if not, is there a way to "fix" or re-install that particular version? It's getting very difficult to obtain WiFi the way version 1.1 is acting. {Coolpad Arise 5560S--Kk 4,2, rooted--OMADM ver. 1.1]
