Are Fan and Powersupply the same in all three models?

Hi, everyone I’d like to buy a new 2017 iMac, and then upgrade it with a i7 7700k. So my question is, are Powesupply and Fan the Same in all three models. I want to buy the lowest 27 inch model and put a 7700k and a tb ssd in it, and maybe 32 Gb RAM. Is this setup possible.

I would stick with upgrading the RAM and buy the better system (4.2 GHz i7) and get the largest SSD model you can afford (no HD).

Apple makes getting to the CPU & PCIe blade SSD quite difficult, as its on the back side of the logic board. Also keep in mind you'll void your warranty swapping out the CPU or adding your own Blade SSD.

Then in a year look at adding an internal drive when the dust has settled. For now use an external HD if you need more storage. Storage solutions are ripe for change between Intel's Optane (3D XPoint), 3D NAND & Heat-assisted magnetic recording (HAMR).

It looks like they are identical except for the processor. My question would be if an off the shelf i7 7700 will work or if Apple didn't put something in it so it won't. Also the SSD is almost certainly proprietary and I doubt if OWC has a competitive product yet (they don't show one).. RAM on the other hand is certainly a better buy from a third party.
