Why does my hardrive make squealing noise then just ticks
hard drie squeals then starts to tick gives me a screen to contact manufacture

aaron it does sound to me like you have a Hard drive error. The ticking from the drive means that is has an internal problem which is commonly known as "lost servo". Shut down your xbox and replace the drive Xbox Vervanging van de harde schijf good luck and let us know if this works.
