I forgot the password of my samsung j1, but it does not show any option about forgotten password to recover its password with gmail account without data loss...
Please help me, how can i solve this problem myself???

1) Login to Android Device Manager from a computer.

2) Use the "Find my Device" function to find that phone.
3) there should be an option to set or reset a new passcode.

If that doesnt help. You can also factory reset your phone. Type on Youtube 'factory reset galaxy j1' and follow the steps. This will remove all your data ,so i reccomend you to put out sd card .
@maadmax , that won't help. If you factory reset from a locked phone via recovery he still needs to input his gmail password!
He locked his phone with pattern ,or password or pin, if he factory reset ,yes ,he must type his password, but password of Gmail :) @avanteguarde

If it were a pin or pattern, a factory reset via recovery will remove it. However, it will still require the google password. Try it your self on Android 6+. There is a similar lock to iPhone cloud lock now.
