My Playstation move dosn't work as well as it did

My PS MOVE has been having problems after using it only five times I don't use it because I do not really have space and the times I have used it I have used it on 3 TVs in my house so I thought I had To recalibrate my controller everytime I use it on a different tv in my house but recently it didn't respond in the Fight Lights out when I was Moving My Left hand So I thought whatever I wasn't going to play the fight I just showed my cousin the 1:1 Tracking But, we left to eat I forgot about it I have afterwords been focusing on the curser in games like Time Crisis, The Shoot And Tumble which showed me something is Also Wrong With the Vibration its not as powerful as the other MOVE I have I tried it with Gladietor duel on Sports champions and it Didnt track that arm right until I reset it(which I know that the reset button is on the back) and It worked but not as good as the other controller still something that Scared me was the MOVE Makes a Crackling sound as if Electricity is running through it in an ABNORMAL WAY Maybe I was Just being paranoid since I like things to be perfect especially since they were both working! but Since The Cracking sound I have Found Reason To Keep Testing My MOVE It Makes The cracking sound When I CALIBRATE the Sensors on the XMB. I DON"T THINk I smashed it or really damaged it I got it Just on a month ago and barely play at all so I will continue to look at the controller If It Really is wrong I will come back and post

Electricity doesn't make cracking sound (except in really old SciFi movies). The only thing that could cause cracking is electrical motor that makes vibrations. Take it apart (with teardown page for reference) and check if anything is obstructing the motor's rotation.
