Don't boot. Display turns on and off during charging

Hi, The phone fell into the water and quickly dried.

Since then the phone does not turn on.

When it is left charging, the display will turn on and off continuously.

I can enter boot mode by pressing volume down and the power buttons.

But when recovery mode is selected or any other mode, it doesn't work.

Any ideas.
