After a screen replacement both cameras and flash light aren't working. The earpiece wasn't at first either, then I replaced the front camera ribbon cable and proximity sensor. Earpiece started to work but the cameras are out showing a black screen. Any ideas?

Maybe the connections are not fully connected.

I've snapped on end in then the other to make sure it works. Additionally the earpiece works and that part is connected to the same ribbon cable.

Were the cameras working before the screen replacement? If the LCD was broken and you weren't able to check them, its possible the cameras were damaged on the motherboard at the same time the screen was broken.

Have you perhaps tried plugging on the old screen and see if both cameras remain dysfunctional ?

Did you make sure to unplug battery (including cutting all other power sources to phone before unplugging any other cables) when doing the repair?

I made sure to unplug the battery before undoing any other cables. I will try to plug in the old screen thanks.
