People almost can not hear me when I call

I tried everything but nothing working, first thought that the microphone hole was closed but nothing there .

So to be sure a complete reset thought that would work but nothing

Only got the problem with calling,That's why I do not understand it at all what now replace the compleet charging poort ??

People on the other side still can hear me but I sound very far away
