Is there a guide on how to replace the waterproof adhesive?
Can someone tell me what I need todo/how to replace it?

Do not rely on waterproof feature once you've repaired iPhone 7 yourself other than exteremely simple repairs like batteries, main cameras.
Any external-facing components like the screen, charge port, microphones need to be individually sealed after repair, requiring different adhesive seal parts, assembly and test procedures. Replacing the main adhesive gasket alone is not enough.
As for the main gasket replacement itself, it's just clean the old gunk off completely, stick it onto the new case, then close the screen and press firmly. Testing it requires special fixtures.

Thank you, but I opened those 3 guides it listed, and there was no mention about installing the adhesives.
Is it self explanatory or something?

check out that video, it might be of use. If not, im pretty sure you just properly lay it into the phone and then put the screen down on top.
Honestly whenever I use these type of screen adhesives on phones I most of the time screw it up for some reason.
Is there some way to properly use these without ruining the new adhesive when peeling?
@benjamen50 I guess remove one side, put it down, make it properly secured and then remove the front.
