Why my jack play only one earphone after replacing the lightning port?

Hi

I have problem with my Iphone 5s. After lightning connector replacement (iPhone 5s Lightning Connector Replacement) I completly lose sound in one of earphone on any earphones that I connected and I don't know what is the reason for this. When I tried connect "old-damaged" module of lightning with old jack socked, the problem is same.

Do you know what is wrong with it? How can I fix it?

My guess is an issue in the audio circuit on logic board which requires diagnosing via schematics and microsoldering.

Otherwise physically damaged charging port connector.

Do the earphones work fine on another device?

door

Yes, it works great with anther devices

have to tried both headphone types, 1/8 inch and lightning connectors?

door

No, because I don't have headphone with lightning connectior. Anyway I would like to use standard jack as it is in Iphone 5s. I use my own headphones Sennheiser (not Apple product)

That's what I'm thinking. You need to test a different pair of headphones, to rule that out. If the problem continues to persist, get your new Lightning dock exchanged. If that continues, then likely the Qualcomm. Which is not an easy repair, unless you have all the equipment and the experience to use it

Thank you very much for your response iMedic! As I said, I tried connect old iPhone 5s Lightning Connector with damaged charging port and working jack and problem doesn't disappear, but I think about new connector to test it for sure! Im going to buy new one and check it out. I will let you know what is the result.
