Why is my phone frozen on the AT&T screen at boot?

Hello,

My Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge from AT&T is frozen on the AT&T boot screen.

About 2 hours ago I tried turning on my phone but it froze on the AT&T screen.

I haven't made any repairs/replacements to my phone nor have I installed and weird applications or software of any kind.

My phone is now starting to become hotter.

I have tried the following:

• Plugged in to an outlet.

None of the above solutions worked.

Help of any kind is appreciated.
