What is n/s/r ? If you hear noise from the motor or the window then the issue is the window regulator itself . Probably the gears are stripped or the window has come off the track . you will need to take the door panel off and inspect the regulator.

A lot of these cars now have a cable system and plastic parts I've replace a bunch on Chevy and ford
