So the short answer is no. Not practically.
Let me put it this way:
The process to figure out this and fix it using the part you showed us is so complicated and delicate that if you pull it off I will offer you a job for life, as well as close to 2000 repair shop owners in my network.
The analogy:
It is like buying a tooth filling for $5 and asking if you could fix your friend's decaying tooth. It is not just about the $5 part, it is about the theory you study at med school, training you go through to obtain the skill, and the $$$ machines you use to prep the tooth.
Then comes the important stuff: the ability to stand behind your work and know it is going for to last AND not got infected. This is what pro repair is about. And that repair is meant for pros, not for DYI as a first time on an expensive device. Just my opinion though,.
Oh and a final thought: most of us in smartphone repair started like that.. foolishly, out of our garage or dining room. So theoretically it can be done. Practically it is not worth the risk, time and cost unless you want to take up repair as a hobby or a job.

It is possible for you to do, but very very difficult.
You going to need:
1.optical grade adhesive
2.Adhesive remover
4.A way to heat the glass so you can separate it from the lcd. You can do it with a heat gun, but that's the cheapest and hardest way of doing it.
I used something like this as my first step up from a heat gun
