Why won't the DSi let me play the video game?

Once I put the game into the DSi and then select the game on the screen. It then says that there is an error before the game can even load up. Then it says to refer to the DSi manual and I don't have a manual.

Is it just one game or all your games. If it is just the one game I would think it is the game itself. If it is more than one it will be your hardware.Check on here Why will my games no longer play? Makes sure that all the connections are straight and not bend. Makes sure it is all clean and nothing else is in the slot. Nintendo DS consoles use copper pins (contacts) to connect the games to the mother board to read and play the games and some time extra moisture can cause these copper contacts to corrode or when pushing the stylus or other object into the card reader it bends the pins and stops the console reading games. Some times cleaning the copper contacts will start the games to work again. If this does not work you may have to replace the entire card reader with a new card reader which would fix the issue. http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems... has the description of the error codes http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems... give the general support. The card reader is available http://cgi.ebay.com/Nintendo-DSi-SLOT1-C... Hope that helps and let us know
