I shut off my computer last night and today it won't start?
I shut off my computer and today nothing. I checked my power cord and it is good. New battery last year.What's up? Thanks.

Pat Flanagan, get your multimeter out and make sure that your power supply has the right output. Check on your batteries and make sure they have output as well. Make sure that the power supply is connected snug, make sure the batteries are in properly as well. Is the connector on your computer loose? Does it "wiggle". If all of that is in good working order, you may just have to take an inside looking by disassembling your computer and to make sure that the MOBO gets current. Let us know what you find.....good luck.

There could be a probloem with the battery or the power suply burnt out
BUT it is also possible the power jack needs to be fixed cause it comes loose over time
