Replaced screen, worked for 3 days then died suddenly.

Replaced the screen. Worked great for 3 days than suddenly died and will not turn back on. iTunes on a CPU recognizes that it is plugged in. Did the screws right, battery disconnected when taking screen off. Went back and absolutely made sure the screws were right. Triple checked all connections. No damage and connected good. Did I just get a faulty screen or is it the dreaded backlight problem I keep seeing. It does NOT vibrate when I plug it into the CPU or when I flick the vibrate sound button which makes me think power issue?

You can check if the backlight has blown by shining a torch light on the screen, if there is no backlight then you'll be able to faintly see the screen when the light is shone on it. If the backlight is fine then its probably just a faulty screen, you'll need another screen to test and confirm.
