Television stuck on logo

Hey guys, I have a Vizio E0‑B3 that once it is turned on it stays on start up logo. It can be powered on manually or with the remote, once it stays on the logo it can not be power off until unplugged. The only command button on the tv is the power on/off button, everything else is by remote controller.
